PBR (Professional Bull Riders) today announced the 2027 competition schedule for the Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour, bringing some of the best PBR bull riders and top bovine athletes to 27 cities across 19 states during a 26-event regular season before the Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour Finals in Corpus Christi, Texas.

The 2027 campaign will feature 55 event days overall, including 53 regular-season event days and the two-day Velocity Tour Finals. The season opens Dec. 4-5 with the PBR visiting KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York, for the first time ever, and continues through the spring before concluding with the PBR Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour Finals April 30-May 1 at Hilliard Center in Corpus Christi.

The schedule includes several important storylines across the tour. Denver’s Jan. 11-13 stop at the National Western Stock Show remains a major opportunity in the broader Velocity Tour landscape, combining enhanced financial stakes with the opportunity for riders to earn supplemental UTB Points. The Velocity Tour will return to San Diego, California, for the first time since 2015, with a Feb. 5-6 event at Pechanga Arena. Baltimore, Maryland, also returns to the schedule for the first time since 2020, following a period when the city hosted PBR events sporadically from 2001 through 2015.

The 2027 schedule features events in several of the Velocity Tour’s large and successful markets, including Houston, Texas, at Toyota Center; Grand Rapids, Michigan, at Van Andel Arena; Ontario, California, at Toyota Arena; and Tulsa, Oklahoma, at BOK Center.

The upcoming season will showcase eight double-up weekends, with two Velocity Tour events held simultaneously. The schedule also includes a three-day stop in Bangor, Maine and the return of PBR to Billings for the 32nd season, when the regular season concludes at First Interstate Arena on April 16-17.

Tickets for the first eight events (Buffalo through Portland) will go on sale to the general public Sept. 10, with additional events going on sale in subsequent blocks.  Reading through Reno go on sale Oct. 15 and Youngstown through Corpus go on sale Nov. 19
