Opportunities exist for:

Technical Communications Manager (Full-time):

Full Time opportunity!  This person will assist with the day-to-day operations of KeyBank Center technical communications department.  They will ensure proper operation, performance and maintenance of the technical electronic systems used on event and non-event days.

Parking Attendant (part-time):

Team members to provide customer service and ensure the safety of those entering and exiting the KeyBank Center parking ramp and surface lots as well as the HARBORCENTER parking ramp.  Must be able to work in all weather conditions and be able to stand for extended periods of time.   Our ideal candidates are customer service minded and professional in all situations. The ability to obtain NYS security guard registration is required.     

Changeover (part-time):

Team members to set-up/take down furniture, staging, and equipment for projects/events.  Our ideal candidates will properly operate tools and interpret/carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.  He or she must be able to lift 50 pounds, be able to work on irregular surfaces, and walk/stand for long periods of time.  Previous forklift experience preferred.

Event Security Guards (part-time):

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of those attending events at the KeyBank Center.  Must be willing and able to respond to emergent situations.  Our ideal candidate is customer service minded and professional in all situations.  The ability to obtain NYS security guard registration is required.

 

These positions are event driven and include working day, evening, weekend and holiday hours.  High school diploma/equivalent required.
